Cancellation policy

This policy applies to Subscribe & Save subscriptions bought on mogumushrooms.ae, sold by Primos Group F.Z.C.
How your subscription works
- You get 25% off the one-time price on every delivery, with free delivery in the UAE.
- Your first order is charged and shipped when you subscribe. After that, a new order is charged to your saved payment method and shipped every 30 days until you cancel.
- We email you 3 days before every renewal.
Minimum of 2 orders
- Every subscription has a minimum of 2 orders. Your 2nd order is charged and shipped 30 days after your first, and both are 25% off.
- You can't cancel before your 2nd order has been delivered.
Cancelling
- After your 2nd delivery, you can cancel at any time, free of charge and with no questions asked. Cancel from your account on mogumushrooms.ae, or email us at info@mogumushrooms.ae.
- If you cancel before your next renewal date, you won't be charged for any further orders.
- Cancelling doesn't affect an order that has already been charged or shipped. Our refund policy covers those orders.
Pausing, skipping and changes
- After your 2nd delivery, you can pause your subscription.
- At any time, you can skip a month, change your delivery date, swap to a different mushroom, or update your address or payment method.
